Schwerer Gustav and Dora were the names of two German 80 cm K railway guns. The fully assembled guns weighed nearly 1,350 tonnes, and could fire shells weighing seven tonnes to a range of 47 kilometres. It was the largest-calibre rifled weapon ever used in combat.

Standartenführer Johannes-Rudolf Mühlenkamp, commanding 5. Waffen SS Panzer Division "Wiking", poses with his fox terrier at Kovel, Oct 1944.
After Oct '44, Mühlenkamp was promoted Inspector of Waffen SS Panzer troops in the SS-Führungshauptamt (Hitler's HQ). His last command was the 32. SS-Panzergrenadier-Division from January 1945 to February 1945. He survived the war and died in 1986 at the age of 76.
