Russian Division of Blood & Honour Banned Under Putin

The russian Supreme Court prohibited the activity of  Blood & Honor having found it "extremist".

The organization’s ideology is rooted in "racial, ethnic, national, religious and social animosity and hatred", the official spokesperson for the Russian Prosecutor General's Office said. Marina Gridneva said that its leaders and members also seek to change Russia’s constitutional system "by force". Spanish Jews Want New Censorship Law to Protect Holocaust Industry

The president of Spain’s Jewish community called for changes to the country’s penal code to "better combat" online anti-Semitism and Holocaust revisionism.

Isaac Querub, president of the Federation of Jewish Communities in Spain (FCJE), said at a seminar on anti-Semitism in Barcelona on Thursday that article 510 of the Spanish penal code, which "deals with racism", needs to be amended to address "hate speech" on the Internet. A similar amendment needs to be made to article 607, which deals with incitement to genocide, he said.

National Socialism Rising in Russia, Government Banned NS Symbols

Before the end of the year, the State Duma is to receive the draft law on the inadmissibility of rehabilitation and glorification of National Socialism.

The document is being developed by members of the Federation Council, said RBC. The law will ban the use of NS symbols, signs, and forms of greeting. The penalty for wearing NS symbols will be toughened significantly: the fine will start from 300,000 rubles ($10,000). Violators of the law may also face a prison term of up to 2 years. Appropriate changes are proposed to Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation about "extremism".

Two Muslim politicians, who just won municipal elections in Belgium’s capital, Brussels have vowed to implement Islamic Sharia law in Belgium.

The two candidates, Lhoucine Aït Jeddig and Redouane Ahrouch, both from the fledgling Islam Party, won seats in two heavily Islamized municipalities of Brussels, Molenbeek-Saint-Jean and Anderlecht, respectively.
